Racing classes for the 2007 Indian National Road Racing Championship

This is the comprehensive list of the racing classes for the 2007 Indian National Road Racing Championship. You can take a look at this list to understand what classes you can participate in. Naturally, some of the classes are cheaper to run, especially if you are looking at doing this with minimal monetary and technical support. There’s a class for everyone. 

The organizers are at liberty to merge the lower class with a higher class. There may be additional classes run which will be communicated via Competitors Information Bulletin, but such classes shall not be part of the National Championship.

Novice is defined as follows: Those riders, who have come in the top 3 of the Novice championship of any class, cannot participate in any Novice category of any class, irrespective of the stroke or CC.

Those riders who have not come in the top 3 of the Novice championship in any 4 stroke class, BUT who may have won a few races in the 4 stroke category are ALLOWED to participate in the Novice category in the 2 stroke class, irrespective of it being Group D, B or C.

Any rider having participated in the Expert class in 2004, 2005 & 06 irrespective of whether he won or not is not eligible to participate in any Novice class.
