First Sunday Ride: Bagepalli-Chelur-Chintamani

It was time for yet another First Sunday Ride and this time the route was decided to be towards Bagepalli, north of Bangalore, towards the Andra Pradesh border. Solid start for the new year with 19 people turning up! The meeting point as usual at 06.30am, at the top of Mekhri Circle and we got there in time to see a few of the regulars and a few new members already there. Autocar Speed Run 2007, Mumbai

Speed Run 2007 was held in Navi Mumbai on a closed off public road in Kharghar. The event was spread out over 2 days and open to 2 wheelers and 4. Though arrangements at the event had a lot of people unhappy, the sun baked participants and spectators had their share of fun at the event. 2007 Raid de Himalaya – Early entry list

The two wheeler entry list of of early entrants is out for this year’s Raid de Himalaya. Not surprisingly, contains a few standard entrants names.

Entries to the Raid opened on May 1 this year with early entries lasting till May end.

This list has filled up so quick, there is only one entry left with over 3 months to go (we’ll update this page once that spot also gets filled). So, if you’re interested, hurry! Take a look at this page for details, information and useful links on the Raid.

An interesting fact is that this year, there are 8 contestants on Royal Enfields compared to the 2 entries last year (thanks for that info Rohan!).

The names in bold are the ones that we’ll be watching closely and hopefully following up during the raid. If you are a two wheeler entrant and think you can give regular updates with your bike preparation, photos and other such things related to the raid get in touch with us.
