Starting  off a new series called 9 Photos. We will be curating pictures of motorcycles that move us and / or have great work put into them.

I am starting this with 9 photos of BMW R nineT that truly capture its essence. In a year where cafe racers have been taking a more mainstream role, its great that BMW has finally released what seems like a lovely motorcycle.  With touring options no less, so as to be eligible for our blog! I can see myself on a solo journey on various back roads on a motorcycle like this!

Time to say “Vanakkam” to Rider Mania 2014

This is an event no bullet rider should miss, ever! Rider Mania 2014 will be the biggest and largest gathering of Royal Enfields and Enfield riders in the world. Members of more than 70 biker clubs and individual bikers from all parts of India and abroad will ride to Chennai to celebrate the brotherhood and spirit of motorcycling.

The 2014 BOBMC Rider Mania is expected to witness a gathering of over 1200 avid Royal Enfield enthusiasts from all over the country with 800 confirmations already in place.

Production cafe racers are getting better!

BMW Motorrad celebrates its 90th anniversary in the BMW Museum. World premiere of the new BMW R nineT.

On Wednesday October 16th 2013 the BMW Museum in Munich provided a worthy setting for a very special anniversary in the company history of BMW AG: 90 years of BMW Motorrad. The climax of the event was the world premiere of the BMW R nineT.

Club Meets, Weekend Rides

Off the internet; riding for a bit.

We’re heading off on the highway, riding for a bit on the motorcycle. Will be riding with Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club for the 12th anniversary meet. So, I am not sure if we’ll be updating our blog for a couple of days.

However, I hope to come back worth some good photos and report next week. In other news before I head off, I got my first android device, after years with an iPhone. Will see if I can update on the road like this post. This happens to be my first complete post from a mobile phone.
