Never seen a Bajaj Pulsar raced on a race track?

I know what you are thinking… That its April 1st and I am trying to pull a fast one. Nopes, I am not.  Bajaj Pulsar 180 did make a race debut in a single make, 24hrs race in Mexico. With the number of crazy Pulsar enthusiasts it would be so fantastic to have a similar event here in India.

16th of March 2007 was the date for the first 24 hours race for the Bajaj 180cc. This was a single make race with 9 teams participating. Each team had 6 riders. The winning Thousand summits team did a total of 1288 laps of the 1.25km race track in Morelia, Michoacán.

Bajaj doing something for racing would be great.

It’s wonderful to see the enthusiasts of Mexico doing this event. Bajaj now has to take the onus and start racing its motorcycles against other brands like Hero Honda and TVS. TVS Racing is at the moment the most successful team in the Indian racing scene.
